Unicaja presenta las VII Jornadas Educación financiera para jóvenes, para acercar a los estudiantes de Primero de Bachillerato al mundo financiero. Se prevé una participación de más de 400 alumnos y alumnas de varios centros de la capital y de Alcalá de Guadaira.
Por parte de la entidad ya se está planeando, ante la demanda que han tenido las jornadas, fijar nuevas fechas para llevarlas a otros centros de la provincia.
Las jornadas Educación financiera para jóvenes están organizadas por el Proyecto de educación financiera Edufinet, que impulsa la Fundación Bancaria Unicaja, tratan de acercar a los/las estudiantes de Bachillerato al mundo financiero, a través de una visión clara y sencilla de los distintos productos y servicios de los que ya son usuarios o lo van a ser. Para ello se plantea una sesión práctica, en la qu se abordan los principales conceptos de los productos y servicios financieros más habituales entre los jóvenes, y temas como el presupuesto familiar o los indicadores económicos.
Unicaja sorteará entre todos los asistentes a estas jornadas seis iPhone 6. También se tiene previsto la celebración de la VI Olimpiada Financiera, en la que estarán invitados a participar los alumnos de las clases que hayan participado en las jornadas. Durante la pasada edición de la Olimpiada Financiera se tuvo la participación de 172 equipos, cada uno de ellos formado por entre 3 y cinco personas, y cerca de 1.100 alumnos, de 59 centros educativos diferentes de las provincias andaluzas. Entre los finalistas se sorteará una beca para el Campus Becas USA Unicaja 2016 y todos podrán participar en varias actividades lúdicas complementarias.
